These past few months have been difficult for everyone, our company included. The world has seen many changes and has had to adjust to a new normal. Although it is an awful situation, it has given us a chance to reset and to realize what’s important to us. It has also given us a new appreciation for essential workers and frontline support.
At Baldwin, we jumped full speed into looking at how we could evolve our services and make sure our clients could keep hosting events. I’ve been so proud of my team, their innovation and hard work have allowed us to continue serving clients through this difficult time.
As Ontario settles into Phase 3, we look forward to helping you get back to business. We know many of you have events to plan for September and the fall months, so here are a few things I hope you keep in mind as we move forward:
We’re here to help.
Don’t be afraid to give us a call to chat about the options, big or small, available to help you achieve your objectives. We’re here to advise you on how to adapt your events to this new reality. Since March we’ve helped clients re-plan live events into virtual panels, built studio sets and broadcasted CEO speeches, and developed many more interesting solutions using the dynamic tools we have.
We understand this situation will continue to be unpredictable. We have the benefit of being a local company, so we can offer flexibility, especially if you need to re-plan or pivot quickly due to changing regulations.
We’re committed to operating safely.
Phase 3 allows for larger in-person gatherings, and we have implemented strict safety protocols to make sure we can operate in a safe manner. We’ve invested in protective equipment and have put stringent sanitizing procedures in place for all of our equipment; before, during, and after events. We are committed to doing things safely as we navigate this new environment together.
We’re looking forward to what the future has in store.
We’re excited to be able to work with you in person again, but we’re also looking forward to what the future of our industry will bring.
We’ve been investing in technology and researching methods to offer options like hybrid events to help you move forward in this new reality. We’ve partnered with industry-leading webcasting and video conferencing companies, and over the next year, we will be renovating our office space to offer you more safe virtual options, such as virtual event studios and remote simultaneous translation facilities.
I’d like to thank you for your continued support of Baldwin Audio/Visual Solutions. The Baldwin team and I sincerely look forward to working with you soon.
